Very dissapointed. Yes they have great service and the everyone was very kind my first visit, but not afterward. I would strongly suggest not going there. After my first visit the told me I have to return in ten days so they can give her more medicine for her severe ear infection. So I called to schedule an appointment and they told me the latest appointments they ever have are at 4:30 when there website says 6 is the latest. I told them I can't get off work and tried to see if they had earlier appointments or if they were open weekends. The man said no, and told me I need to find a new vet. I was very unhappy. Then I found out my friend took her dogs there. I asked her about it and found out they only charged her $25 for the initial visit when they charged me $50 just for coming in to get my dog checked.
Excellent service every time. Could not recommend another vet more than this. They truly love and care for their patients.
We sought out Dr. Enos after our primary vet didn't have time to see our very sick dog...our vet kept asking if there was a different day we could bring him and didn't seem to grasp that it was an emergency. I was understandably upset and just happened to "google" Dr. Enos and am incredibly happy I did! She was able to fit us in that afternoon! Over the course of the next couple months, she performed surgery, our guy got better, then worse and then we eventually had to make the tough decision to not let him suffer any longer. Throughout the entire process, Dr. Enos was so incredibly compassionate and patient, offered excellent advice and provided ample information about ALL our options. And it's not just Dr. Enos, the entire staff is fantastic!! I have been so pleased with every interaction I've had there and the biggest thing for me is that they only knew our dog for a very short time but treated him like family
Best one on one care our two dogs have gotten. This clinic builds a relationship with your pet and knows who you are when you call. If I could recommend any vet this place is it!!
We just moved to the area a year ago and didnt have a good vet clinic. Unitil we found Vet Center at Turnberry.A very clean office, all the staff is very knowledgeable and efficent. Its a warm feeling to know they treat your pet here like family not just a dollar sign. Thanks again
