This is by far the worse place ever, not only is it a scam. But they will do nothing once they take your money. Do not waste your time with these people. Cat the manager is unhelpful and will do anything to get you to buy there furniture to later find out is nothing but a scam ..they will take your money don't waste your time go somewhere else.
I took my girl to get a bedroom set from the commerce city location. I was assisted by Kat an Rebecca, which were both awesome to work with! They didn't twist our arm, they didn't press us into buying anything, an it wasn't an all day process. We were in an out in about 45 min, with a BETTER bedroom set at a very cheap price! When you go in, ask to speak to Rebecca or Kat. I'm sure the rest of the staff is just as knowledgeable and genuine. Thanks again Rebecca, y'all are great!

This store is just amazing! Cat the store manager and staff were very customer service friendly and helpful. Everything to custom ordering what I wanted to delivery, everything was 100% perfect.
Very friendly service until you find out you're furniture has bed bugs , I was always offered deals and such because of previous purchases, was told I was considered a "platinum" customer , then they sold me a couch set with bed bugs and want me to pay for the rental while they sit on my back porch waiting for a remedie , now I'm not being treated as a " platinum " customer.
