If I could give zero stars I would. I was interested in an suv they had listed on car gurus. I drove an hour out of the way to see the car only to be told I had to have an appointment and was turned away. I went back and double checked the listing to make sure I didn’t miss anything about an appointment and there was nothing said about having to make one first. Over the last week I have texted, called, and emailed them with zero response at all. I even contacted car gurus to try and get ahold of these people and had no luck there either. So do yourself a favor and find a different dealership as this one will only ignore you.
I highly recommend Mr. Williams to everyone and anyone I know looking for a car!! He sold me a car this week and I am beyond thrilled! This car is beyond anything I ever expected, and I know what I was buying because he walked me through each feature to the car, inside and out! Plus, I wasn't spending a ridiculous amount of money for the BEAUTIFUL car I bought. I still cannot believe im driving this car, i drove away in tears of joy. Contact this man immediately!
I wish there was an option for lower than 1 star. I purchased a truck about 3 months ago check engine light was on was told no big deal something tiny he will fix it which he did cause it would not have passed emissions. All he does is run his mouth he doesn't stop talking about himself and just random facts its just amazing how much he talks distracting you from anything that could possibly be wrong ensuring you the car is in amazing shape. Anyway my truck is falling apart anything and everything you can think of little to HUGE problems. I almost am at the point where I need to cut my loss and junk the thing. Just shows you the morals someone has to sell something in the kind of condition. please don't even visit his website let alone call him. just like the other person that had an issue with their car might just as well happen to you. That response is just plain funny special needs I needed a truck wow. Plus you did not go above and beyond you didn't have the car ready to sell. No one asked for your elaborate explanation of things. funny I have the same problem as another customer maybe you should think of writing fiction stories for a living! I am 25 not 30+ and can show anyone all the paper work and repairs I have done and still need to do to this truck. Also the part he claims he fixed also needs to be replaced feel free to message me if it helps this guy never ever make another sale in his life. Year later still having problems with the truck I got scum of the earth
